The owner of PJ's WC is owned and operated by PJ Ross. Born and raised in Hood River, PJ graduated at Hood River Valley High School in 2016 which he then went to two years at Mt.Hood CC in Gresham to learn more about business and entrepreneurship. PJ has been cleaning windows since the begging of his high school career in the summer of 2013 having 5+ years of experience with his customers and expertise in cleaning windows!
